For the last few months many residents have asked how to get a Neighborhood Watch Program started for the Larchwood area. Now that the guidelines have been updated Russ invites any interested neighbor to join MNPD Hermitage Precinct Officers as they go over the process of creating a neighborhood watch. Sgt. Weaver has offered the use of the Hermitage Precinct's Community Room for this informational meeting.
